Our Story
Victoria Bar opened on Chapman Street with a simple idea: a place where the coffee is honest, the drinks are thoughtful, and nobody rushes you out. It's not a destination you pass through — it's a place you come back to.
We source our coffee from roasters who care about where their beans come from. Our cocktail program changes with the seasons and the mood of the room. Everything here is made with the kind of attention you'd give a neighbor.
Hours
Happy hour runs Thursday through Saturday, 4–6 PM. Kitchen closes 30 minutes before close.
